If you request family or friends to help you pick up, we need you to email us the item release and the name of the person by your email on the item release. And then we will check the pickup person's ID when he/she arrives. 3. If you request a third-party logistic company to help you pick up the item, we need you to email us the item release and the bill of lading from the logistic company by your email on the item release.
