Terms and Conditions of Sale

The sale format is an online auction with reserve price; priority bidding will be possible 15 days before closing, which will take place on 8 November where each vehicle will be awarded to the bidder who has reached or exceeded the reserve price.

All bids and the final selling price are subject to a transaction fee of 10%; VAT is not included and will be applied on the final selling price and transaction fee. Upon completion of the auction, the successful buyer will receive a proforma invoice to be paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Court will authorize the cancellation of the liens on the sold vehicles. IronPlanet will issue an invoice for the transaction fee, while the invoice for the sale of the vehicle will be issued by the owner or its administrator. 

The Transfer of Ownership must be carried out by the successful buyer on the basis of the order issued by the Judicial Administration through the car practice agency indicated by IronPlanet.
All documentation costs will be charged to the buyer.

The buyer is responsible of the collection of the vehicles and all related costs. IronPlanet will send an item release document to the buyer; once received, the buyer can arrange the pickup and provide at least 72 hours notice.

Only Italian companies can bid in this sale: all items are for Italian market only and cannot be exported out of Italy.
